* Next Week's IPOs * A host of new Internet IPOs are on tap for next week, including Gen Y online community and dELiAs spinoff iTurf (TURF), online retailer Value America (VUSA), ISP Log On America (LOA), Internet strategy consultant iXL Enterprises (IIXL)* and USinternetworking (USIX). Other deals that should generate strong interest include high-speed DSL-based Internet provider Rhythms NetConnections (RTHM) and California wine maker Ravenswood Winery (RVWD), whose offering will be completed by way of a Dutch auction - the first of its kind.
