The underwriter for Critical path never divied any shares out to schwab so everyone who tried to get in on it, well if you did it thru schwab, you didn't get any shares.... I have never made any statements re: IPO through Schwab. Check your notes.

David, Steve, et al, What a crock huh? The underwriters sure didn't win any brownie points with Schwab Management after reneging on their IPO offer for CPTH. Imagine the lack of credibility this places on Schwab...taking offers on a stock IPO where they didn't even rank high enough on the pecking order to get a single share. I'm sure Chuck and the underwriters will hold some high level talks over this. Even with Perot Systems, which was a high demand issue, Schwab was allocated 40,000 shares. Gary
