This news is terrible, terrible I say. And so close to the first anniversary of the FBNA IPO. On the up side, it looks like FBNA now has a golden opportunity to test that perpetual, world-wide confidentiality, non-competition, non-solicitation, non-sequiter agreement that TED obviously forgot he signed when he became CEO and President. Say bye-bye to those options, buddy. FBNA can also write off the accrual for TED's golden parachute and deferred compensation. BS (fka DSD)
