James: PZN is coming back into favor, it appears. There have been some positive news articles over lack of prison bed space, and REITs like PZN that simply build prisons and let the government lease them and staff them with government prison guards is much more politically acceptable than using private prison guards. I still don't understand the corporate structure of PZN...I understand CCA, the management company, was merged into PZN, but I don't care about that part of the business (too political). The stock price has rebounded from its lows very nicely. Volume not terrific, but the dividend is very attractive.
