X, my biggest frustration is that BPI fell into the hands of a company that has a history such as Xoma's. I disagree with you that Xoma would of told you of death requirement early on. Litigation if it happens in my opinion will be over Xoma stating OVER and OVER in promoting their stock that this was a TWO YEAR trial. Sorry I can't change the facts for you at this point in time. Investors should be aware at all times of their options to command that their interests are respected by proper information.
