Green Line is totally a mess today...quotes slow online...have not been able to get a sell order confirmed for CY this morning so I am stuck not knowing if I am in or out. BII looks strong...I sold half of my position at $16.45 and bought half of that back at $15.50...I am hoping for another dip to load up but I will buy at 2:45 PM regardless... Is anybody else having problems getting Green Line confirmations or CY confirmations? I know the ASE was down but I placed the sell before that...
