It just seems to me that one battlefield is shifting,
Dell has not been the pioneer in product areas for several years. The strategy is to see which product areas really make sense and money. When Dell joins the battle it will quickly become a major contender.

I find it very interesting that someone would consider a company that bases its marketing strategy on buying low cost supplies from businesses that are operating at a loss (AMD, Cyrix) and are losing in a price war with a company that is making money (Intel).
