Wow...I check the net during lunch and see that ASMC just put out a new press release about their ticker change. That took up an entire sentence of the release. The rest of the release is a very curious disclaimer, listing some risk factors (its about time) and talking about Merger Communications. In this exciting press release we learn that Merger Communications is getting a monthly retainer and warrants. The strike price of the warrants is not disclosed. The better part of the release states that Merger Communications may be long securities of the companies it works for, AND may be buying OR SELLING them. At least this press release, with a new contact person Randy Slifka (Who works for a firm called Perennial Capital, according to Mr. TS Wong), show a marked improvement in grammar, and a great reduction unfounded and unjustified comparisions to other companies. Why isn't this press release filled with the ticker of every other tech company in the world? Buyer Beware!
