Yeah, I'm seeing the bottle-neck at CSW as well. For people that don't know what the hell Chief is talking about phactor.com From the site up to 200ms is considered very good 200 - 500ms is considered marginable over 500ms is quite unacceptable, and I also performed a trace. All hopes until CSW are fine (98-211ms). And then I get to CSW 592ms , 447ms and 436ms for m61.canada-stockwatch 757ms, 1031ms, 796ms for web8.canada-stockwatch.com Chief It is there servers not our systems or routers Time to upgrade or lose some customers Best Regards KEITH
