( BW)(NV-PACIFIC-MEDICAL-GROUP)(PMGI) Pacific Medical Group Announces Positive Earnings

Business Editors/Health & Medical Writers

CARSON CITY, Nev.--(BW HealthWire)--March 29, 1999--Pacific Medical Group Inc., (OTC BB:PMGI) announced today that the company has received the first receipt of proceeds from a recently established twelve month contract.
This positive earnings announcement represents a projected annualized return of over ($.11) eleven cents per share.
"With a conservative PE multiple of 10, this 12 month contract reflects a potential book value of $1.18 per share," commented PMGI president Gary Hill. "Additionally, these projected numbers do not take into account other future revenues from anticipated purchase orders."
Over the last six months, PMGI has built an infrastructure that includes Saudia Arabia, Scandinavia, the World Wide Web, and the U.S.A. "Our goal is to become the largest disposable bathing product manufacturer and supplier in the world," added Hill.
PMGI's main products, GentleWash(TM) and QuickShower(TM), are designed for use in hospitals, nursing homes, camping, hunting, military, feminine hygiene, and disaster relief conditions.
GentleWash(TM) is a premium quality disposable bathing product system that cleans the skin, prevents cross-contamination of infectious bacteria and provides nutrients for new skin to develop.
Traditionally, hospital baths cost anywhere between $9 and $11. GentleWash(TM) sells for about $2.30 a package, which is one complete bath. Additionally, it takes about 30-45 minutes for a caregiver to give a traditional bed bath. A GentleWash(TM) bath takes about 6-10 minutes.

Other recent PMGI new highlights include:

-- The launch of the Disaster Relief QuickShower(TM) and Bikers
QuickShower(TM).

-- The Sweden economic development agency, after an extensive review
of GentleWash(TM) and Military QuickShower(TM) assigning a
project manager to assist in government agency sales.

-- The addition of the services of Rick Bolton, a Fortune 100
consultant to help increase sales in the U.S. market.

-- The entry into e-commerce at the Internet shopping mall,
www.iChargeit.com.

Additional product information can be found at the Pacific Medical Group Inc. Web site at www.Gentlewash.com or purchased over the Internet at iChargeit.com.
