<<If everybody would just agree that you guys are "right">>

Well it would help if everybody would just agree in the concept of right and wrong, and that there are standards for measuring right and wrong. Then from those we could consider individual circumstances. It seems you want to take individual circumstances that are exceptions to any standard and make them the standard. The result, no standards.

Many issues are subject to legitimate disagreements. The difference is in whether or not one thinks that it is worth seekng the correct answer...

<<All those teenage girls would really learn to enjoy the homes for unwed mothers, too.>>

Homes for unwed mothers were an option in the 40's and 50's that families could choose and pay for. It was an alternative that responsible adults "chose" for their daughters. It was not for everyone but those who chose it did so as a means of protecting teen age girls at a time when they needed support and a safe, healthy, unthreatening place to complete their pregnancy. Oh, the horror of it all.

Of course there were teenagers who resented it. The surviving children should be praising their grandparents who made their lives possible. Instead some, (a very small minority) of them have been trained by their spoiled brat mothers (who resent their very existence) to curse this opportunity for life and the ones who made it possible.

As long as we know you are fighting for the opportunity to continue the current model of no support what so ever, except to do it again, and again, and again. Well, good for you. I am sure the children will grow to be the model of citizenry you need to take care of the society you live in during your Golden years and for the generations to come. That is your plan, right?
