From kenita's affidavit

On February 9, 1998, I arrived at work and noticed that the hard drives from both of the computers in my workstation had been removed. I was then informed that I was fired. Later that day, I telephoned Michael E. Marcarelli FDA/CDRH after having been referred to him by Andrew Skolnick, Editor for the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA). I informed Mr. Marcarelli that I had just been fired from IDSI because I had stated on February 6, 1998 that I did not want hard copies of images that had been taken of me included with the packet of information, containing the altered images, that was going to be submitted to the FDA.

"What about December 9th 1998 when you spoke to the PR department and stated you were a "Times" reporter. And then again on March 11th 1999. You just posted stating that the press office told you etc....I thought you said you have never made any statements?

I never identified myself as a "Times reporter." I identified myself as a freelance medical writer. When I was asked who I write for, I didn't state any specific publication for which I was inquiring. When asked who in the past I worked for, I said JAMA and may or may not have mentioned other publications -- but not the "Times." I never worked for any publication called "Times."

Frank1 falsely accused me of making damaging statements to NCMC. I never made any statement to NCMC regarding IMDS or the clinical trials. I called the medical center's press office on two occasions to inquire when the trials will begin and who the principal investigators are. I made no statements other than giving my name and status as a freelance journalist.

So Andrew, are you or are you not an investor? Conflict between what you state on the SI board and the Raging Bull.

No conflict at all. I've stated in several posts that I don't invest in IMDS or any stock, period.

I also don't like to gamble and never bet anything of value.

When I stated in a recent post that "I'd bet all my IMDS stock," I was betting no stock -- which is one of the few things I know of that is worth less than a share of IMDS stock.

Robert W., since you're so close to the Grables, you ought to know that I am not a stockholder.

Kenita, you still need to get one. Based on the amount of time you spend posting there is no way you have one."

Robert W., why are you so concerned whether I have a job or not. This is like the fourth time you have brought the subject up. Who cares?

It is relevant to your family's company?

Maybe I have a job that requires me to BE on the internet.
