fwiw, Robbie was lead - H&Q was second on right. Never any obligation by syndicate (managing and lead underwriters) to give anticipated selling group any stock. They OCCASIONALLY just pay them the concession fees and then place the stock with their OWN customers. My guess is we'll see more and more of this. The advantage of dealing with established waterhouses is the quality of their calendar and institutional aftermarket. Why give these discounts any further advantage? When will the discounts be able to put together a real syndicate, or even just scrub a deal?

it this isn't a sign of a bubble then what is. Co trades 2300 times sales...with a market cap of 2.15 billion!!! my gawd the humanity! 900k in sales hehehe this is unbelievable! Wonder how long Greenspan will let this go on without seeing the danger of this mania
