[Hello, thread, Anyone would like to comment on this death spiral Debenture? It seems the bottom is floorless.] In September 1996, the Company completed a private placement of an aggregate of $30,000,000 principal amount of 5% convertible subordinated debentures due August 6, 1999 (the "Debentures"). Proceeds from this private placement were used to purchase the Fibronics Business. The Debentures were convertible into Common Stock of the Company at any time at the option of the holders at a discount from the market price of the Common Stock at the time of conversion that decreased over the life of the Debentures until it reached a floor
