I disagree with you on this point, Jeff - quite strongly. While the dangers you point out do exist, I think that the benefits outweigh the risks for everyone involved. We come to know people through their posts over time, and that knowledge is imho useful in the capital allocation decisions that are the core of our purpose here. A management poster who did become overly chatty or drawn into pissing matches would be showing us his measure, just as would one who made calm reasonable factual statements. I think it is a Good Thing ... if you like, we could debate it here - #Subject-16262
