Interactive Buyers Network International, Ltd. (OTCBB: IBNL) announced
today from Toronto, Canada: The formation of a "best in class"
consortium made up PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Analytics, Harris Bank, Bank
of Montreal and Interactive Buyers Network International, Ltd. was
announced at the Strategic Purchasing Conference being held in today
Toronto, Canada by John Jensen, President of Analytics.

The purpose of the consortium is to deliver what is being termed as
"E2E", the end-to-end solution that encompasses the entire purchasing
process including requests for quotations (RFQs), purchase orders,
invoicing, electronic funds settlement, and real-time analysis and
reporting via the Internet.

PriceWaterhouseCoopers will provide FVP (Full Value Procurement)
services, IT support for VSN integration to ERP, IT support for VSN
integration to banking, and finally to offer a total outsourcing
option. Analytics will provide purchase analysis research to chart the
best course and populate VSN procurement application. They will also
provide real-time Internet reporting to clients. Harris Bank and Bank
of Montreal will provide electronic funds settlement and "lights-out"
accounts payable options. IBNL will provide, maintain and enhance VSN,
the Internet application that does not require any client side software
and performs all corporate procurement functions.
