Cybersurf regrets announcing the resignation of Dave Gregory from the board of
directors. Dave has been a strong supporter of Cybersurf and an excellent advisor to
management. However, he has recently taken on additional responsibilities related to
his role as President and Chief Executive Officer of First Calgary Savings & Credit
Union, and felt he must step down from our board at this time. We would like to thank
Dave for contributing to Cybersurf's growth and wish him well with his future endeavours.

Amazing close... $1.70 on 2,808,900 shares... and the buying was relentless right till the bell, actually, closed bid $1.70... technically, when a stock has such a strong move but closes at or near its top with strong buying near the close, this usually indicates the potential for a gap in price the next day....

In review... 1) 30,000 CDs being passed out at gasoline stations, 2) on-line auction launched last month, 3) this company actually has revenues and 4) looks like internet user base is growing... adding all this up and the internet stock craze that is fueling these markets and by comparing this stock to other which have gone the same path... well... tomorrow's trading should be very interesting...
