Timothy, I think that the salesman might have told me about it but I'm not sure. It is a "new" product in their store and they only had it at that time in a five-gallon drum. I, however, did specifically ask for Hydrastrip 500. He told me that the staff had just received demonstrations of it the week before and that since then, they had been giving out samples to clients. They received very positive feedback. I can't imagine all their clients "knew" about the product so I assume that some of the store's salespeople mentioned it. I have not tried it yet but will report back here when I do. Maybe I'll take some of it to "Chip-n-Dales" and see what effect it has there. I love chipmunks ....especially naked ones.
