I just happened to catch an interview with the Computer Associates CEO on CNN. The interviewer asked him about why he offered to buy Platinum, which closed on Friday at 10, for over $29 and for cash. Ahem. Who was saying that it doesn't happen that offers like that occur that much over the stock price. Of course he felt their stock price was depressed. Ergo, if he gave 29 for a stock that was 10, we could get 15 or better for our stock that had been 10, too. I think. Linda
