There is less than 50 mil outstanding...I think about 48mm but Waldo would be able to answer that better than I. Doing so well ...NASDAQ within 2 weeks!

Do your due diligence. Outstanding shares is about 39M of which close to 15M held by insiders. Another 10M in options expire before end of this year.
