I still can't even imagine the pink sheets trading electronically. It won't be too long before this leads to on-line broker quotes during the day, posted bid/ask prices, mandatory reporting requirements. This emerging sunlight will chase off an incredible number of companies (and market-makers) that aren't, shall we say, therapeutic. It will also be more expensive to go public, so Mom and Pop's Filling Station will have to go back to Uncle Charlie at the bank. That part's too bad, in a way, but it's just another sign of progress forced by the internet, IMO.

Looks like LEAH will trade before they become fully reporting, but I don't think that period will be very long. Once earnings and BV come out, I doubt it would matter if the stock was traded out of the back of someone's car parked at a 7-11. The price, IMO, will still reach a reasonable % of BV (i.e. MUCH higher than it is now). You could look for an initial major dip Thursday, but don't assume it will happen.

We may have over-discussed LEAH during this little "vacation". Hope to start hearing more about the spin-offs soon. Thought I would have had to start that "Fire Environmental" thread by now (:->).

Who the Hell WAS Beermeister, anyway??
