PLAT deal shouldn't fall thru. After the CSC debacle in '98 Computer Associates won't likely let this one falter.

JOE, don't let CPTH eat you up. Selling should come in, but it could also gap 15 tomorrow. Don't be an internet shorting statistic. Good luck.

I fthe deal falls through, then there will be a gap runing your master plan - during the day there would be a trading halt followed by a big gap down and same thing if the deal falls apart off trading hours - why win win?

I doubt it will fall through though.
