Revenue would be recognized when shipped. Always without exception.

However you bring up a interesting earnings thought. We have a rapidly approaching earnings date in April. How bad does Philips want to get the deal done before earnings release date? How bad does VLSI want to beat earnings and ultimately use that as the best defense against Philips? ???????
