Great move johnlag, no matter what, the upside on PLAT is nominal, while the risk is mucho. I think the deal goes thru, but not worth a play here. Anyone owning it before today would be silly to hold on, unless they needed the long term tax advantage. And there's no bidding war likely on this one.
