Mama -

Oh, what has this world come too! Perhaps all the shorters should get together and launch crow.com - the IPO for bears who never thought in their wildest dreams that the market would ever go this high and who finally want a piece of the cake too. We could offer the stock at 100 and invite people to short it, only to run it up, forcing them to cover. Sort of like Garrison's Keillor's rhubarb pie - nothing quite like the taste of humiliation!

I just looked at a stock I lost money on almost two years ago - DDIM took me for a ride from 20 to 30; it is now 3 and has been declining for more than a year. One day people will look back on the internuts just like we now look back on the Y2K stocks - mania, hot air, crazy valuations, cock-sure hypsters. I guess we should just enjoy the carneval in the mean time.
