generation software solution the company is describing as ''an operating system for IP applications''
that will support IP fax, IP voice, unified messaging, multimedia, e-commerce and other IP-based
services on a single, integrated platform.

The software platform, IP LaunchPad(TM), and its first application, IP LaunchPad Fax Suite(TM),
have been in trial or are scheduled to be trialed over the next two months with more than 25 service
providers covering all the major world economic regions, including Australia, Europe, Latin America,
North America, the Far East and Africa. Among the service providers are Apex Global Internet
Services (AGIS), American MetroComm Corp., Cable & Wireless Japan Ltd., China
