Frontier network uses CIEN DWDM does it not?

Chris--
Somebody correct me if I am wrong, but CIEN doesn't make the switches and routers that feed the data into the lasers. Thus Cisco's improvement to the routers that feed data into the DWDM systems can only benefit CIEN by making DWDM easier to work with and/or have higher bandwidth per channel.
