Agreed. I personally don't use AOL, but I recommend it to all of my clients because it's simple to set up, and even easier to use. I rarely have problems connecting them to AOL, which is an even bigger plus. A large portion of the american society is not as computer literate as all of us, therefore AOL is the answer to get people online. It requires very little user interaction, and everything is right there at your fingertips. Throw someone on a portal site and they'll be confused to death (as I am sometimes, there's like 1000 hot-click points on half of the web portals out there already!) AOL's interface is simple, colorful, and attractive to say the least. -Richie
