There's a large discrepancy between the two figures. Either the
respondents don't believe U.S. goals would result in peace in Kosovo
or this just shows how uninterested people are in issues as to give
coherent responses.

This is the only number that counts. When his approval rating crosses
50 percent, he will be in too much pain.

About what I would expect from Times-CNN. An organization that perpetrated a fraud on the American public regarding the U.S. special forces in Laos.

But then, the Kosovo war is of the "New World Order" variety.
