VIX hit lowest level since 1/8. "What? Me worry?" about sums it all up. We did see the Spoos and NDX futures break pretty hard after the cash close, but like Barton Biggs, I'm befuddled. I had half-jokingly written recently that I was waiting for someone to come up with a Dow 100k target in the bull-a-thon, and saw that this morning on CNBC. (Unfortunately, I didn't catch who made the prediction.)
