Tom,

I think we're getting bamboozled looking at the RUT. Take a gander at the RUI and RUA. (Russell 1000 & 3000).

Since these two indices are not followed nearly as closely as the RUT, I suspect we may be seeing the possibility of breakout in small-caps next month.
