MM, Does Kosovo resemble WWI or WWII more?

Ed Hyman, one of the most widely followed economist on Wall Street, mentioned an interesting scenerio in a recent report:

"The Nikkei's crash of 1989 was Kondratieff-Wave similar to the DJIA's
crash of 1929. In this light, today's global conditions have parallels to
those of 1939, in particular, global overcapacity and risks of military
and/or trade conflicts."

That 1939 date is ominous.
