How does the chart indicate a buy-rating?

Those were "buy signals" as they are called instead of "buy ratings"such as a fundamental analysist from a brokerage house would give a stock.

In the small chart underneath the main chart I have shown one with a stocastics indicator and the signal is the dark line pointed up and touching the green line from underneath and doing so very low on the scale. This cross-over is a buy signal and when it happens so low in the range and executes such a steep upward angle you can bet there is some power behind this stock to move up. The lines were just touching yesterday BTW.

In the other link I showed a a MACD 8-17-9 indicator which is something like the stochastics but it measures "momenum power" and direction. It was headed in the right direction and if you look at it now you will see what a buy signal looks like that a conservative investor would act on for tomorrow.

I know this looks a little confusing to you but believe me, when you learn apply these and some other indicators they can be a very powerful friend.
