ALSO... I noticed in some DD that XIRC is 79% owned by institutions. The remaining float is fluctuating the price significantly. II's can do this, as this is a popular stock with II's.

I happened to notice the plunge at about 3:50pm, did a quick scan for news and then took a leap of faith. Second time I've bought on this downturn. Thanks for the quick feedback.
