Midas, I cracked under the pressure and called the NWI office for the second time today asking if they were still coming out. The lady I spoke with said that they were trying to get them out tonight but, as we all know, they would be out before the open tomorrow. I have asked to be included in the "E" mail list so will receive once BCE has been given the info. Your list sums it up though!

Hey Midas,

Another possibility along the lines of (6) would be that the next few step-outs were so bad that they decided to do some wildcats on the other anomolies.
