There is no way that MSFT will split its stock again before the end of the year.

Mr. Gates wants a predictable stock environment for his shareholders, and one of the keys to that "predictableness" is not letting shareholders and Analysts latch on to over aggressive targets. Thus MSFT always plays down earnings estimates and plays up the competitive nature of the market.

And for this reason, MSFT will not split more than once a year. In the end, its what's best for all of us.

I do agree, however, that MSFT will have a blow out year this year. I am very confident that MSFT will have a great Q this Quarter, much to the surprise of most people (except us, of course), and that this momentum will only gain speed and mass as the year progresses.

My guess is that within 12 months, MSFT will have announced that it will use Linux as the basis for a new OS, or will have a 64Bit OS that has a kernal that is stable,(i.e. designed by someone like Sun)!

Brilliant! Either you are brilliant, or MSFT is brilliant, depending on whether they do something with Linux. Writing apps for Linux would be an incredible step. Why not?
