There was another 30,000 share block taken out on the NYSE offer at 5 3/16. Last I looked there was a huge 200,000 share bid at 5 1/8. FWIW, but I feel a positive.

earnings out...
.14 for the Q. I am presuming, although I am not 100% certain, that this will be the approximate dividend that we will be paid. I am a little hazy, but I think, that in order to maintain REIT status, the company must pay out 95% of earnings. We shall see as more details come out.
I think this release is very good.
