vlad...the UK NHS has request input over a 6 week period...extended it to 8 weeks and now has to come to a conclusion and publish their longer term guidelines.

I can see some minor adjustments such as open up the group to include coverage by the NHS on ED patients with diabetes as an example.

But overall it's a matter of lack of funds and higher priorities for other medications...nothing in the BBC articles would lead me to believe they have identified new funds or eliminated expenses in other areas to open up coverage for ED patients on the NHS.
