If it wasn't a Buyout candidate you would probably be right. It is stuck in a narrow range until something happens.

Remember, we had a good move recently from 12-13 range up to 18-19 range. It's ok to sell if it doesn't meet your current expectations. I have no idea what will happen day to day, but feel it will be bought out this year.
