*Dropped calls* Steve, imagine you were downloading some important information to your WWeb handset. You would curse and change supplier to some company which could give you uninterrupted feed. For you to lose a call within a stone's throw from the HQ! of The New Paradigm shows just how bad things still are.

I hereby offer $10E[udoracoin TM] reward to anyone who can come up with the answer to this problem. The answer must be fairly complete and explain to a novice reader so that they can understand the concept with no supplementary questions. I'll pay just as soon as Q! has issued the Eudoracoin [TM] and the Email with encryption software.

Here's a hint: Babe the basestation...

Steve - I was using my Qualcomm Phone to listen to the Qualcomm conference call, and dropped service on the 805 in Sorrento ("Wireless") Valley less than half a mile from the Qualcomm headquarters.

Dr. J. at the last shareholder meeting made reference to the fact that one of few areas near San Diego that is not completely covered by CDMAOne, due to the terrain, is Qualcomm headquarters. He also said, if I remember correctly, that that was is the process of being fixed.

You went by the Airtouch cell site and it overlaoded the front end of the phone. Almost no phones can survive a direct dreiveby of the cell site.
