since we don't hear from him supporting NATO can we assume he does not agree with this action? I wouldn't go that far. But I think it's save to assume he isn't overly excited about it.

I don't know if this was posted before, but the other night I saw a clip on TV , with Kissinger voicing his disapproval of this involvement as well ... Also this--- <<IMF approves Russian loan MOSCOW, Monday -- Russian Prime Minister Evgeny Primakov said today that the International Monetary Fund and Russia had agreed on a new IMF loan to Russia. Primakov declined to answer questions about the size of the funding, but many Russian sources put the figure at about 4.8 billion dollars.
