Funny how different people can have different perspectives on the same article. The way I read it, it basically said you're playing with fire short or long. Its a thinly traded stock with basically no fundamentals, so it could have (and does have)very big moves either direction.

That's why I'm only short a couple of hundred shares, despite the fact that shorting is like getting free money out of an ATM machine if you have the margin to withstand the potential squeeze.

BTW, the float to short ratio is presumably much higher than 1:1 with the newly issued shares for the rights offering and acquisition.
