Has anyone heard a radio show called Wall Street Wizard? I ran
across it at 6:30 PM on 740 AM (a Boca Raton based radio station).

They have CEOs of penny stocks on pumping their stock describing how the stock will rise 5-7x current value (the particular show I heard was pumping up ACLY). Its in informercial format where it appears like an interview and only at the end do they quickly mention that the
companies paid to be on the air.

Is this legal?

I will definitely be listening to future episodes for stocks to short.

Bill: Don't you think those places might be a good place for a dogcatcher to hunt? ;^)
