My 2 cents: for the short term players, it is a missed opportunity, i.e. the original deal was giving them a nice profit after a few months. For long term players, this no-go may be a better option, as the company should enjoy a steeper growth rate, once the contracts start to come in...provided they do! Hopefully not too much dilution in acquiring these other businesses.

I think the market is telling us what the general opinion of this news release is...

Too little details about Brelsh to evaluate properly, and no details on the valuation or potential dilution to GSM shareholders. Is Brelsh even profitable?
