Not shorting AMZN is an excellent idea. The price of the stock seems to have nothing to do with reality. I didn't need this:

TTFN,

hdl...re: your propensity to short..

do you have a broker or trade on-line...if you transact thru a broker, he is doing you a discredit by allowing you to get into such financial trouble...i speak in a sincere tone to you, turn away from the recommendations you are getting...what logic is there to short anything in a choppy bull market...investing is not about looking for wounded issues, pure speculation is..investing is a belief in the company you establish an equity position in...and faith in the management that they will return to you consistent profits...

step back and ask yourself what have your returns on original capital been for the last year, three years, and five years...if you haven't doubled your money in five years...or are in a loss situation...then you missed one of the most dynamic up markets in history...not too late...cut your losses, invest long term in issues such as dell..

good luck, you need it...ed a.
