I'm so sorry.
or
Back to business.

In addition to doing my own D&D, I also have a dead father. I hope that offers you some relief at this poignant time. It must be very difficult for you to have people ask questions about things. As you know, I have some concerns about this article I found posted on this thread.
It appears to deal with an arrogant hypester whom the NASD banned for lying, pumping and other sundry cons. The guy, after being caught and reprimanded, is stupid enough to go out and do it again, not only that, like a true lowbrow, he gets caught again. You really must read the article. Here is a link. #reply-8431640 The odd thing of course is that you and he share the same name.

I presume your dead father was the Sr. and you are the Jr. I am still awaiting your denial of the fact that the con-artist in the article and you are one and the same, thanks Greg

Greg:

I have a question about your audio interview, in which you promote
your stock. (This recording can be found at
wallstreetinterview.com.

I noticed that you repeated several times that your entire adult life
has been devoted to 'investment banking'. You reported that you
received your license, presumably to be a broker, at age 19, and that
you bought the brokerage you worked for.

I'm just curious why you omitted numerous material facts, such as:

* Your business went bankrupt.

* The NASD barred you from from the securities business in 1990 for:

- manipulating a stock,
- for selling stocks through unregistered accounts,
- for failing to inform customers of material facts
- for making "false, inaccurate and misleading statements to the staff of the NASD.

* The NASD censured you.

* The NASD slapped you a $200,000 fine, one of their biggest ever.

* Before the 1990 ban, the NASD suspended you for:

- distributing a misleading fund solicitation letter earlier,
- for failing to keep accurate books and records.

Isn't it true that by omitting these facts from your biography in
your audio interview that you are once again doing one of the things
that the NASD banned you for: failing to inform customers of material
facts?

Shouldn't these material facts be included with all your professional
biography whenever it relates to promoting your stock, or anybody
elses?

<<Boy oh boy! You guys are something else. My father passed away in my arms on October 12, 1997 in Denver Colo. after going through 2 open-heart surgeries. That fact that the DD kings of this thread can not find this info is not my problem. I hope this helps all you curious George's. >>

No, it didn't, the response did not address my direct question. I do not question you had a father, nor am I intimidated away from probing "sensitive" issues after all the crap that has been discovered on this thread; I'm not indulging in idle curiosity.

Here was the question:
Are you able to explain why the alleged name given for your father does not show up in the Social Security data base referenced several times on this thread?

Thank you.
