Marty A claims we will see a swift correction Apr.9. His predictions on the market have been fairly accurate. He's missed a few but then who doesn't?
I've followed him since Late '95 and agree that he is a bit too bearish overall. He also states we will be in a bear market after Apr. 9/99 until late Dec. . I'm not a littel more positive than that!

Bob, in the article by Armstrong titled "Are All Bull Markets the Same?" (I think it is that or quite close to it) he talks about 9 April as the date their computers see a "minor turning point." This is the cycle high. Granted; they don't use the world "cycle," but a cycle guy whose letter I get (he is quite acuurate on direction) as well as other technicians (e.g., Don Sew on the thread "Market Direction Analysis" here on SI) are talking about this cycle high. Now, I am just a regular guy, not a trader, not an analyst and certainly no broker. But I read a lot about the market and when all these guys call something like this, they are usually right. EMC today was up huge on lower than average volume as the idiots who run these funds dressed up their quarter. I have no doubt we'll go below 120 by expiry, and maybe lower. But we'll have to wait and see. Glad you bebefitted from the PEI site. Did you see their section "Market Share Watch"? That is where they update everything about every market around the world.
