Isn't it amazing that the market makers in Cistron's stock have been able to keep the stock at these bankrupt levels for 2 1/2 years since receiving the $21 million settlement?

Is there a limit to how many decades a company can claim to be a development stage enterprise?

I just think it is amazing that with a line of small biotech and medical device companies out there which would pay a 20-30% premium for Cistron's 13-14 million cash hoard or 70 cent a share that Cistron still has a bid of 20 cents.
