From what Kevin at CFG informed me late last week, plans are for WINR to become fully reporting end of 2QTR99. Tax season in full swing, so forget SEC moving fast until late May early June. Unaudited financials due out MAYBE between 4/15 and 4/22, no definite time period. I see we still have two (2) more "business days" in March, so keep fingers crossed that iChargeit does a booming business and that Win-a-Lottery is going like gangbusters. Europe is the main target of its marketing efforts for now - WINR along for the ride and commissions on activity. So folks - that's my 2 cents worth. Acquire more if you believe in the company - if earnings DO come out by mid-April and IF they are reasonably good for a company only in business for 3 1/2 months (since 12/14/98), then price won't be here at April end. You must look up, but not too quickly else you might have to wear a neck brace for a few weeks and miss the next big rise at eoq 2QTR99. Best to everyone ... keep the good news coming. Dan
