This is a forum where users can exchange ideas, and that usually means COMPLAINTS and SUGGESTIONS for improvements. What would be the point of us coming here day after day posting "Geez, I just love this quote service today, you too Jake?" (g) If the service real was bad, we'd LEAVE. But we're here, so there must be some reason for it. I get Real Tick III for free as part of my broker's package. I also get SEOL for next to free from another broker I use. I use BOTH all day long. Paul---They don't require you to pay annually. They have a monthly payment option. You can go this route to try them out and see if they work for you. The problem I had yesterday was that they provided a bad link for the upgrade download. Once I talked to their tech support and got the right link, then everything was fine again. Incidentally, I trade only with graphing and T & S data. I found that all my trade entries came from identification of support and resistance levels and the actual movement of bid and ask data. So I discontinued Level II data and have never missed it. Not to mention that it makes the price cheaper. Regards, jd
